Welcome to Divyam Trendz. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time across India. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

SHIPPING CHARGES
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on all orders across India.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales, festivals, or high-order periods, processing time may be slightly extended.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural areas.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship across most locations in India through trusted courier partners.

If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you regarding alternate arrangements or order cancellation.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if contact details are provided during checkout).

Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment status.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Divyam Trendz.

Due to a high number of fake orders, unresponsive customers, failed delivery attempts, and Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses, we currently accept Prepaid Orders Only.

This policy helps us:

process genuine orders faster,
reduce shipping delays and losses,
improve delivery efficiency,
and maintain better service quality for our customers.

We request all customers to kindly understand and support this decision.

All prepaid orders are securely packed and shipped with proper tracking updates.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the order remains undelivered because of:

incorrect or incomplete address,
unavailable customer,
incorrect contact details,
refusal to accept the package,

the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened:

Please do not accept the package if the damage is severe.
Contact us immediately with clear photos or videos for assistance.

Claims related to damaged products should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to:

courier partner issues,
weather conditions,
natural disasters,
strikes,
transportation problems,
government restrictions,
or high-demand periods.

Divyam Trendz shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Divyam Trendz will not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
