RETURNS POLICY
Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Missing item in the package
Major manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
A complete 360° unboxing video is mandatory
The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video
The package opening process must be recorded clearly from start to finish without cuts or edits
The product and packaging must be clearly visible before opening the parcel

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

IMPORTANT UNBOXING VIDEO GUIDELINES

Customers must record:

a full 360° video of the sealed package, clear visibility of the shipping label, clear recording of the outer packaging condition, and the complete opening process without pauses, cuts, or edits.

The video must start before opening the package and continue until all products inside are shown clearly.

This is necessary for verification of:

damaged items, missing products, wrong products, or parcel tampering claims.
EXCHANGE POLICY

If a damaged or wrong item is received, an exchange will be provided only if the same product is available in stock.

If the item is unavailable:

customers may receive a store coupon/voucher of the equivalent amount for future purchases on Divyam Trendz.

Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Products without original packaging
Products without proper unboxing video proof
Sale or clearance items
Minor color or design variations caused by lighting or screen settings
Customized or personal-use products (if applicable)
REFUND POLICY
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

the order cannot be fulfilled by us,
the returned item passes inspection,
or an exchange cannot be processed.

Refunds will not be provided for:

change of mind,
dislike of product,
delayed delivery by courier,
incorrect address provided by customer,
refusal to accept delivery.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.

Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

PREPAID ORDERS ONLY

Currently, Divyam Trendz accepts Prepaid Orders Only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available due to:

fake orders,
unresponsive customers,
failed delivery attempts,
and high Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses.

This policy helps us process genuine orders faster and maintain better service quality.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the issue is caused from our side, return shipping may be covered by us.
In other situations, return shipping charges may need to be paid by the customer.
